We have ongoing requirements for a Automotive Sales Manager in Plymouth. Our City of Plymouth clients include B2B service companies, contact centres, estate agents, car dealerships and technology businesses, and several hire into sales roles all year round.
What you will be doing
- Own the sales strategy for your area or product
- Forecast revenue accurately
- Improve sales processes and use of the CRM
- Support the team on key deals and negotiations
- Manage budgets and commission plans
- Work with other departments on growth plans
What you need
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience, or a confident phone manner
- Vehicle sales management, Finance and add-on targets, Team leadership
- Target-driven and resilient
- Clear, persuasive communicator
- Right to work in the UK
