About this role
Our Lancashire clients have a standing need for a Commercial Solicitor, and we are registering candidates who can work in or near Preston. Hybrid arrangements are available with a number of firms.
What you will be doing
- Manage your own caseload of matters from instruction to conclusion
- Advise clients clearly on options, risk and costs
- Draft correspondence, documentation and applications
- Liaise with other side, counsel and third parties
- Maintain files to SRA and firm compliance standards
- Meet agreed billing and chargeable hours targets
What you need
- Proven experience as a commercial solicitor
- SRA admitted
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Client-focused and professional approach
- Right to work in the UK
