About this role
Our North Lanarkshire clients have a standing need for a Private Client Paralegal, and we are registering candidates who can work in or near Motherwell. Hybrid arrangements are available with a number of firms.
What you will be doing
- Advise on trusts, estate planning and Court of Protection matters
- Draft and review complex documentation
- Work with financial advisers and accountants
- Build long-term client relationships
- Maintain technical knowledge and CPD
- Support business development in the department
What you need
- Proven experience as a private client paralegal
- Law degree
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Client-focused and professional approach
- Right to work in the UK
