About this role
We have ongoing requirements for a Quotes and Sales Advisor in Worcester. Our Worcestershire clients include B2B service companies, contact centres, estate agents, car dealerships and technology businesses, and several hire into sales roles all year round.
What you will be doing
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and web chat
- Turn enquiries into sales with a consultative approach
- Arrange renewals and repeat orders with existing customers
- Record activity and pipeline on the CRM
- Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets
- Take part in call coaching and product training
What you need
- Proven background as a quotes and sales advisor, or strong transferable sales skills
- Quoting and pricing, Confident on the phone, Accurate data entry
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Organised, with good IT skills
- Right to work in the UK
