About this role
Our sales desk is recruiting a Quotes and Sales Advisor for an established employer in Edinburgh. Previous sales experience helps, but for many of these roles a confident phone manner and the drive to hit targets matter more than your CV.
What you will be doing
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and web chat
- Turn enquiries into sales with a consultative approach
- Arrange renewals and repeat orders with existing customers
- Record activity and pipeline on the CRM
- Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets
- Take part in call coaching and product training
What you need
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience, or a confident phone manner
- Quoting and pricing, Confident on the phone, Accurate data entry
- Target-driven and resilient
- Clear, persuasive communicator
- Right to work in the UK
