About this role
We are looking for a Customer Retention Advisor to join one of our clients in Ramsgate. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across Kent for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Handle inbound calls from new and existing customers
- Answer questions and recommend the right product or plan
- Process orders, upgrades and changes accurately
- Retain customers who want to cancel
- Keep customer records up to date
- Meet quality, service and sales targets
What you need
- Sales experience in a similar role
- Excellent phone manner, Retention and save conversations, Customer service
- Motivated by targets and commission
- Positive attitude and team player
- Right to work in the UK
