About this role
Focus Recruitment is recruiting a Telesales Team Leader for employers in Reading and across Reading. If you are confident on the phone and like to hit a target, our sales desk has regular roles in this area on permanent and temporary terms.
What you will be doing
- Manage day-to-day sales floor activity
- Track call volumes, conversion and quality
- Coach new starters through their first months
- Spot top performers and develop them
- Make sure every sale follows compliance rules
- Prepare weekly reports for the management team
What you need
- Sales experience in a similar role
- Telesales experience, Team leadership, Call monitoring and coaching
- Motivated by targets and commission
- Positive attitude and team player
- Right to work in the UK
