About this role
Focus Recruitment is recruiting a Telesales Team Leader for employers in Croydon and across Greater London. If you are confident on the phone and like to hit a target, our sales desk has regular roles in this area on permanent and temporary terms.
What you will be doing
- Lead, coach and motivate a team of sales people
- Set daily, weekly and monthly targets
- Monitor calls, pipeline and performance against KPIs
- Run team meetings, training and one-to-ones
- Recruit and onboard new sales staff
- Report results and forecasts to senior management
What you need
- Proven background as a telesales team leader, or strong transferable sales skills
- Telesales experience, Team leadership, Call monitoring and coaching
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Organised, with good IT skills
- Right to work in the UK
