Our Essex clients have a standing need for a Remortgage Case Handler, and we are registering candidates who can work in or near Colchester. Hybrid arrangements are available with a number of firms.
What you will be doing
- Support fee earners across a busy conveyancing team
- Open files, order searches and chase enquiries
- Prepare completion statements and post-completion tasks
- Submit SDLT returns and Land Registry applications
- Keep clients and agents updated on progress
- Maintain accurate file records
What you need
- Proven experience as a remortgage case handler
- Remortgage caseload experience
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Client-focused and professional approach
- Right to work in the UK
