About this role
Focus Recruitment is recruiting a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner for firms in Redditch and across Worcestershire. We work with regional practices and high street firms who recruit on a rolling basis, so we place residential conveyancing fee earners throughout the year.
What you will be doing
- Run your own caseload with support from an assistant
- Deal with remortgages, transfers of equity and new build where required
- Report to clients clearly on title and searches
- Manage exchange and completion processes
- Keep the case management system fully up to date
- Contribute to the firm’s referrer relationships
What you need
- Relevant experience in a similar role within a UK practice
- CLC or CILEX or Solicitor, CQS familiarity
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Well organised with good file management discipline
- Right to work in the UK
