About this role

Our Yorkshire and the Humber clients have a standing need for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner, and we are registering candidates who can work in or near Wakefield. Hybrid arrangements are available with a number of firms.

What you will be doing

  • Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
  • Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Carry out searches, raise and reply to enquiries
  • Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other side
  • Maintain files in line with CQS and firm procedures
  • Meet agreed billing and completion targets

What you need

  • Background in a comparable legal role
  • CLC or CILEX or Solicitor, CQS familiarity
  • Comfortable using case management systems
  • Discreet and professional with confidential matters
  • Right to work in the UK
