About this role
We recruit Residential Conveyancing Fee Earners for practices operating throughout Bradford and Yorkshire and the Humber. This is a role we fill regularly, so registering puts your details in front of several firms at once.
What you will be doing
- Support fee earners across a busy conveyancing team
- Open files, order searches and chase enquiries
- Prepare completion statements and post-completion tasks
- Submit SDLT returns and Land Registry applications
- Keep clients and agents updated on progress
- Maintain accurate file records
What you need
- Recent experience in a UK law firm
- CLC or CILEX or Solicitor, CQS familiarity
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work to deadlines and billing targets
- Right to work in the UK
