About this role
We recruit Residential Conveyancing Paralegals for practices operating throughout Oxford and Oxfordshire. This is a role we fill regularly, so registering puts your details in front of several firms at once.
What you will be doing
- Handle a mixed caseload of residential property matters
- Progress files proactively to exchange and completion
- Advise clients on title, searches and lender requirements
- Work to the firm’s risk and compliance procedures
- Build relationships with local agents and introducers
- Support junior colleagues where appropriate
What you need
- Relevant experience in a similar role within a UK practice
- Law degree or CILEX part-qualified
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Well organised with good file management discipline
- Right to work in the UK
