About this role
Our Oxfordshire clients have a standing need for a Private Client Solicitor, and we are registering candidates who can work in or near Oxford. Hybrid arrangements are available with a number of firms.
What you will be doing
- Manage a caseload of wills, trusts and probate matters
- Draft wills, LPAs and trust documentation
- Administer estates from application to distribution
- Advise clients on inheritance tax and succession planning
- Attend client meetings including home visits where needed
- Maintain files to firm and regulatory standards
What you need
- Recent experience in a UK law firm
- SRA admitted, STEP desirable
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work to deadlines and billing targets
- Right to work in the UK
