We recruit Residential Conveyancing Solicitors for practices operating throughout Andover and Hampshire. This is a role we fill regularly, so registering puts your details in front of several firms at once.
What you will be doing
- Support fee earners across a busy conveyancing team
- Open files, order searches and chase enquiries
- Prepare completion statements and post-completion tasks
- Submit SDLT returns and Land Registry applications
- Keep clients and agents updated on progress
- Maintain accurate file records
What you need
- Proven experience as a residential conveyancing solicitor
- SRA admitted, 5+ years PQE
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Client-focused and professional approach
- Right to work in the UK
