About this role
Focus Recruitment is recruiting a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor for firms in Maidenhead and across Windsor and Maidenhead. We work with regional practices and high street firms who recruit on a rolling basis, so we place residential conveyancing solicitors throughout the year.
What you will be doing
- Run your own caseload with support from an assistant
- Deal with remortgages, transfers of equity and new build where required
- Report to clients clearly on title and searches
- Manage exchange and completion processes
- Keep the case management system fully up to date
- Contribute to the firm’s referrer relationships
What you need
- Recent experience in a UK law firm
- SRA admitted, 2+ years PQE
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work to deadlines and billing targets
- Right to work in the UK
