About this role
We are recruiting an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor for clients in Stoke-on-Trent. Focus Recruitment has supplied legal staff across City of Stoke-on-Trent for years, and many of our placements come through firms returning to us.
What you will be doing
- Run your own caseload with support from an assistant
- Deal with remortgages, transfers of equity and new build where required
- Report to clients clearly on title and searches
- Manage exchange and completion processes
- Keep the case management system fully up to date
- Contribute to the firm’s referrer relationships
What you need
- Background in a comparable legal role
- SRA admitted, 5+ years PQE
- Comfortable using case management systems
- Discreet and professional with confidential matters
- Right to work in the UK
