About this role
Our North West clients have a standing need for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, and we are registering candidates who can work in or near Southport. Hybrid arrangements are available with a number of firms.
What you will be doing
- Handle a mixed caseload of residential property matters
- Progress files proactively to exchange and completion
- Advise clients on title, searches and lender requirements
- Work to the firm’s risk and compliance procedures
- Build relationships with local agents and introducers
- Support junior colleagues where appropriate
What you need
- Relevant experience in a similar role within a UK practice
- SRA admitted, 2+ years PQE
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Well organised with good file management discipline
- Right to work in the UK
