About this role
We have ongoing requirements for Retrofit Assessor covering Darlington. Development pipelines in Darlington need technical assessments at every stage, from pre-application through to discharge of conditions, and our clients hire retrofit assessor on permanent, contract and freelance terms.
What you will be doing
- Carry out retrofit assessments to PAS 2035
- Complete RdSAP energy assessments and condition reports
- Survey occupied homes and record ventilation and moisture risks
- Upload data and photos accurately on the day
- Work with retrofit coordinators and installers
- Plan your own diary of home visits
What you need
- Relevant qualification in building services, energy or sustainability
- Level 3 Award in Domestic Retrofit Assessment (PAS 2035), Domestic Energy Assessor (RdSAP), Full UK driving licence
- Good knowledge of Building Regulations
- Full UK driving licence for site visits
- Right to work in the UK
