Retrofit Assessor Wanted in Stevenage | Indeed

About this role

If you are a Retrofit Assessor based in or near Stevenage, we would like to hear from you. Our Hertfordshire clients have a steady flow of planning-led projects and need specialists who can deliver robust, defensible assessments to deadline.

What you will be doing

• Prepare Energy Statements and Sustainability Statements for planning
• Run SAP and SBEM calculations
• Act as BREEAM Assessor from pre-assessment to final certification
• Advise design teams on Part L, overheating and renewables
• Collate and review evidence from the design team
• Report on carbon reduction and planning policy compliance

What you need

• Relevant qualification in building services, energy or sustainability
• Level 3 Award in Domestic Retrofit Assessment (PAS 2035), Domestic Energy Assessor (RdSAP), Full UK driving licence
• Good knowledge of Building Regulations
• Full UK driving licence for site visits
• Right to work in the UK
