About this role
We are looking for Road Safety Auditor to join our clients in Chester. From graduate and consultant level up to principal and associate, Focus Recruitment works with consultancies across Cheshire West and Chester that are growing their assessment teams.
What you will be doing
- Lead the transport and highways input on residential and commercial schemes
- Produce access strategies, swept path analysis and parking assessments
- Review collision data and propose highway safety improvements
- Coordinate traffic surveys and interpret the results
- Prepare Section 278 and Section 38 agreement information
- Support planning appeals and committee presentations
What you need
- Transport or highways consultancy experience
- Certificate of Competency in Road Safety Audit (GG 119), Collision analysis, Highways design background
- Confident working with local highway authorities
- Ability to manage your own workload
- Right to work in the UK
