About this role
Our sales desk is recruiting a Sales Consultant for an established employer in Middlesbrough. Previous sales experience helps, but for many of these roles a confident phone manner and the drive to hit targets matter more than your CV.
What you will be doing
- Find and win new business through calls, email and networking
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline
- Run sales meetings, demos and presentations
- Prepare proposals and negotiate terms
- Close deals and hand over to account management
- Report on activity, pipeline and revenue against target
What you need
- Proven background as a sales consultant, or strong transferable sales skills
- New business sales, Pipeline management, CRM experience
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Organised, with good IT skills
- Right to work in the UK
