About this role
We are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join one of our clients in Lisburn. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across Lisburn and Castlereagh for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and chat
- Turn service calls into sales opportunities
- Resolve complaints first time where possible
- Book appointments and follow-up calls
- Work to clear service level agreements
- Share customer feedback with the team
What you need
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience, or a confident phone manner
- Sales operations, CRM reporting, Microsoft Excel
- Target-driven and resilient
- Clear, persuasive communicator
- Right to work in the UK
