About this role
We are looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join one of our clients in Coventry. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across West Midlands for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and chat
- Turn service calls into sales opportunities
- Resolve complaints first time where possible
- Book appointments and follow-up calls
- Work to clear service level agreements
- Share customer feedback with the team
What you need
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing
- Sales operations, CRM reporting, Microsoft Excel
- Able to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and well organised
