We have ongoing requirements for a Sales Coordinator in Coventry. Our West Midlands clients include B2B service companies, contact centres, estate agents, car dealerships and technology businesses, and several hire into sales roles all year round.
What you will be doing
- Handle inbound calls from new and existing customers
- Answer questions and recommend the right product or plan
- Process orders, upgrades and changes accurately
- Retain customers who want to cancel
- Keep customer records up to date
- Meet quality, service and sales targets
What you need
- Sales experience in a similar role
- Sales administration, Order processing, Microsoft Excel
- Motivated by targets and commission
