What you will be doing

• Support the sales team with quotes, orders and admin
• Process orders and keep the CRM accurate
• Liaise with customers on delivery and progress
• Prepare sales reports and pipeline updates
• Handle customer queries by phone and email
• Coordinate between sales, operations and finance

What you need

• Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing
• Sales operations, CRM reporting, Microsoft Excel
• Able to build rapport quickly
• Self-motivated and well organised
• Right to work in the UK
