About this role
We are looking for a Telephone Fundraiser to join one of our clients in Kings Lynn. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across Norfolk for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Contact prospective customers from a supplied data list
- Build rapport quickly and keep calls professional
- Explain pricing, contracts and next steps clearly
- Follow up callbacks at the agreed time
- Meet quality and compliance standards on every call
- Share feedback with your team leader to improve conversion
What you need
- Sales experience in a similar role
- Confident on the phone, Persuasive and positive, Resilience
- Motivated by targets and commission
- Positive attitude and team player
- Right to work in the UK
