What you will be doing

• Own the sales strategy for your area or product

• Support the team on key deals and negotiations
• Manage budgets and commission plans
• Work with other departments on growth plans

What you need

• Previous sales or customer-facing experience, or a confident phone manner
• Team leadership, Sales targets and KPIs, Coaching and performance management
• Target-driven and resilient
• Clear, persuasive communicator
• Right to work in the UK
