About this role

We are looking for a Sales Trainer to join one of our clients in Hull. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across Somerset for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.

What you will be doing

  • Lead, coach and motivate a team of sales people
  • Set daily, weekly and monthly targets
  • Monitor calls, pipeline and performance against KPIs
  • Run team meetings, training and one-to-ones
  • Recruit and onboard new sales staff
  • Report results and forecasts to senior management

What you need

  • Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing
  • Sales training delivery, Coaching, Sales methodology
  • Able to build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated and well organised
  • Right to work in the UK
