Focus Recruitment is recruiting a Senior Recruitment Consultant for employers in Sutton Coldfield and across West Midlands. If you are confident on the phone and like to hit a target, our sales desk has regular roles in this area on permanent and temporary terms.
What you will be doing
- Greet customers and understand what they need
- Demonstrate products and explain the benefits

- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing
- Recruitment billing track record, Business development, Client management
