About this role
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join one of our clients in Sutton Coldfield. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across West Midlands for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Manage day-to-day sales floor activity
- Track call volumes, conversion and quality
- Coach new starters through their first months
- Spot top performers and develop them
- Make sure every sale follows compliance rules
- Prepare weekly reports for the management team
What you need
- Sales experience in a similar role
- Team leadership, Sales targets and KPIs, Coaching and performance management
- Motivated by targets and commission
- Positive attitude and team player
- Right to work in the UK
