About this role

Our East Ayrshire clients have a standing need for Social Housing Plumber, and we are actively registering candidates who can work in and around Kilmarnock. Good tradespeople in this area do not stay available long, so we keep a live list.

What you will be doing

  • Carry out bathroom and kitchen installations to a high finish
  • Complete first fix and second fix pipework
  • Install sanitaryware, showers and associated fittings
  • Test, commission and make good
  • Work cleanly and respectfully in occupied properties
  • Report variations and defects promptly

What you need

  • Proven experience working as a social housing plumber
  • NVQ Level 2, DBS, Gas Safe desirable
  • Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills
  • Reliable and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Right to work in the UK
