About this role

We recruit Facilities Plumber for contractors and maintenance providers working throughout Kilmarnock and the wider East Ayrshire region. This is a role we fill regularly, so registering with us puts you in front of several clients at once.

What you will be doing

  • Install and maintain commercial pipework systems
  • Work from drawings and specifications
  • Carry out pressure testing and commissioning
  • Support snagging and handover
  • Complete test records and O and M information
  • Follow permit to work procedures on site

What you need

  • Proven experience working as a facilities plumber
  • NVQ Level 2, L8 awareness
  • Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills
  • Reliable and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Right to work in the UK
