About this role
We are looking for a Event Sales Executive to join one of our clients in Stafford. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across Staffordshire for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Win new clients through phone business development
- Manage relationships with existing clients
- Source and speak to candidates or customers every day
- Negotiate fees, prices or terms
- Use the CRM to track activity and opportunities
- Build a pipeline that grows your monthly earnings
What you need
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience, or a confident phone manner
- Event or venue sales, Confident on the phone, Target-driven
- Target-driven and resilient
- Clear, persuasive communicator
- Right to work in the UK
