We have ongoing requirements for a Telephone Fundraiser in Stockton-on-Tees. Our Stockton-on-Tees clients include B2B service companies, contact centres, estate agents, car dealerships and technology businesses, and several hire into sales roles all year round.
What you will be doing
- Call warm leads and follow up quotes promptly
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right product
- Process orders and take payments over the phone
- Upsell and cross-sell where it suits the customer
- Keep customer records up to date
- Work as part of a supportive, target-driven sales team
What you need
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing
- Confident on the phone, Persuasive and positive, Resilience
- Able to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and well organised
- Right to work in the UK
