We have ongoing requirements for a Telephone Fundraiser in Darlington. Our Darlington clients include B2B service companies, contact centres, estate agents, car dealerships and technology businesses, and several hire into sales roles all year round.
What you will be doing
- Call warm leads and follow up quotes promptly
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right product
- Process orders and take payments over the phone
- Upsell and cross-sell where it suits the customer
- Keep customer records up to date
- Work as part of a supportive, target-driven sales team
What you need
- Proven background as a telephone fundraiser, or strong transferable sales skills
- Confident on the phone, Persuasive and positive, Resilience
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Organised, with good IT skills
- Right to work in the UK
