About this role
Our sales desk is recruiting a Telephone Fundraiser for an established employer in Telford. Previous sales experience helps, but for many of these roles a confident phone manner and the drive to hit targets matter more than your CV.
What you will be doing
- Make outbound calls to new and existing customers
- Handle inbound sales enquiries and convert them into orders
- Present products and services clearly over the phone
- Overcome objections and close sales
- Log every call and outcome accurately on the CRM
- Hit daily call and weekly sales targets
What you need
- Proven background as a telephone fundraiser, or strong transferable sales skills
- Confident on the phone, Persuasive and positive, Resilience
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Organised, with good IT skills
- Right to work in the UK
