About this role
Focus Recruitment is recruiting a Telesales Executive for employers in Southport and across North West. If you are confident on the phone and like to hit a target, our sales desk has regular roles in this area on permanent and temporary terms.
What you will be doing
- Make outbound calls to new and existing customers
- Handle inbound sales enquiries and convert them into orders
- Present products and services clearly over the phone
- Overcome objections and close sales
- Log every call and outcome accurately on the CRM
- Hit daily call and weekly sales targets
What you need
- Previous sales or customer-facing experience, or a confident phone manner
- Confident on the phone, Target-driven, CRM experience
- Target-driven and resilient
- Clear, persuasive communicator
- Right to work in the UK
