About this role
We have ongoing requirements for a Civil Litigation Paralegal in Telford. Our Telford and Wrekin clients range from long-established high street practices to growing regional firms, and several recruit continuously into this role.
What you will be doing
- Manage a caseload of civil and commercial disputes
- Draft pleadings, applications and witness statements
- Advise clients on merits, risk and costs
- Attend hearings and instruct counsel
- Comply with CPR and court deadlines throughout
- Meet chargeable hours and billing targets
What you need
- Proven experience as a civil litigation paralegal
- Law degree
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Client-focused and professional approach
- Right to work in the UK
