Our sales desk is recruiting a Trainee Recruitment Consultant for an established employer in Liverpool. Previous sales experience helps, but for many of these roles a confident phone manner and the drive to hit targets matter more than your CV.
What you will be doing
- Win new clients through phone business development
- Manage relationships with existing clients
- Source and speak to candidates or customers every day
- Negotiate fees, prices or terms
- Use the CRM to track activity and opportunities
- Build a pipeline that grows your monthly earnings
What you need
- Sales experience in a similar role
- Confident on the phone, Competitive and target-driven, Willing to learn
- Motivated by targets and commission
- Positive attitude and team player
- Right to work in the UK
