About this role
We are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join one of our clients in St Helens. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across North West for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Handle enquiries and build relationships with customers
- Understand needs and match them to the right product or property
- Arrange viewings, test drives, demos or appointments
- Negotiate and close sales
- Keep records and the pipeline up to date
- Hit monthly sales and commission targets
What you need
- Proven background as a trainee recruitment consultant, or strong transferable sales skills
- Confident on the phone, Competitive and target-driven, Willing to learn
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Organised, with good IT skills
- Right to work in the UK
