About this role
We are recruiting an experienced Trainee Solicitor for clients in Cumbernauld. Focus Recruitment has supplied legal staff across North Lanarkshire for years, and many of our placements come through firms returning to us.
What you will be doing
- Take responsibility for a caseload with minimal supervision
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Contribute to departmental targets and business development
- Supervise or support junior colleagues
- Maintain technical knowledge and CPD
- Uphold the firm’s compliance and risk procedures
What you need
- Background in a comparable legal role
- LPC or SQE, Training contract
- Comfortable using case management systems
- Discreet and professional with confidential matters
- Right to work in the UK
