About this role
We are looking for a Sales Trainer to join one of our clients in Wembley. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across Greater London for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Lead, coach and motivate a team of sales people
- Set daily, weekly and monthly targets
- Monitor calls, pipeline and performance against KPIs
- Run team meetings, training and one-to-ones
- Recruit and onboard new sales staff
- Report results and forecasts to senior management
What you need
- Sales experience in a similar role
- Sales training delivery, Coaching, Sales methodology
- Motivated by targets and commission
- Positive attitude and team player
- Right to work in the UK
