About this role
We are looking for a Account Executive to join one of our clients in Dumfries. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across Dumfries and Galloway for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Manage a portfolio of existing client accounts
- Build strong relationships with key contacts
- Run regular account reviews by phone and in person
- Identify upsell and renewal opportunities
- Resolve issues and protect revenue
- Report on account performance and growth
What you need
- Excellent communication skills on the phone and in writing
- Client relationship management, Upselling and renewals, CRM experience
- Able to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and well organised
- Right to work in the UK
