About this role
We are looking for a Appointment Setter to join one of our clients in Wakefield. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across Yorkshire and the Humber for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Cold call businesses to create new sales opportunities
- Qualify leads against agreed criteria
- Book appointments in the diaries of field sales colleagues
- Research prospects and decision makers before calling
- Update the CRM after every conversation
- Hit daily dials and weekly appointment targets
What you need
- Proven background as a appointment setter, or strong transferable sales skills
- Confident cold calling, Diary management, CRM experience
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Organised, with good IT skills
- Right to work in the UK
