About this role
Our sales desk is recruiting a Sales Advisor for an established employer in Brighton. Previous sales experience helps, but for many of these roles a confident phone manner and the drive to hit targets matter more than your CV.
What you will be doing
- Contact prospective customers from a supplied data list
- Build rapport quickly and keep calls professional
- Explain pricing, contracts and next steps clearly
- Follow up callbacks at the agreed time
- Meet quality and compliance standards on every call
- Share feedback with your team leader to improve conversion
What you need
- Proven background as a sales advisor, or strong transferable sales skills
- Confident on the phone, Target-driven, CRM experience
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Organised, with good IT skills
- Right to work in the UK
