About this role
Our sales desk is recruiting a Business Development Manager for an established employer in Bristol. Previous sales experience helps, but for many of these roles a confident phone manner and the drive to hit targets matter more than your CV.
What you will be doing
- Generate leads through prospecting and referrals
- Attend client meetings in person and online
- Build long-term relationships with new customers
- Work with internal teams to deliver what was sold
- Forecast sales accurately
- Represent the business at events and exhibitions
What you need
- Proven background as a business development manager, or strong transferable sales skills
- New business sales, Pipeline management, CRM experience
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Organised, with good IT skills
- Right to work in the UK
