About this role
We are recruiting an experienced Costs Draftsman for clients in Kendal. Focus Recruitment has supplied legal staff across Westmorland and Furness for years, and many of our placements come through firms returning to us.
What you will be doing
- Take responsibility for a caseload with minimal supervision
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Contribute to departmental targets and business development
- Supervise or support junior colleagues

- Uphold the firm’s compliance and risk procedures

- Proven experience as a costs draftsman
- Costs drafting experience
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Client-focused and professional approach
