About this role
Focus Recruitment is recruiting a Court of Protection Solicitor for firms in London and across Greater London. We work with regional practices and high street firms who recruit on a rolling basis, so we place court of protection solicitors throughout the year.
What you will be doing
- Support private client fee earners with a varied caseload
- Draft wills, LPAs and basic trust documents
- Prepare probate applications and supporting schedules
- Handle client correspondence and enquiries
- Maintain the case management system
- Assist with file opening and compliance checks
What you need
- Recent experience in a UK law firm
- SRA admitted
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work to deadlines and billing targets
- Right to work in the UK
