About this role
We have ongoing requirements for a Customer Success Manager in Aylesbury. Our Buckinghamshire clients include B2B service companies, contact centres, estate agents, car dealerships and technology businesses, and several hire into sales roles all year round.
What you will be doing
- Look after a book of key or national accounts
- Agree annual plans, pricing and promotions
- Lead commercial negotiations
- Track sales against budget and act on gaps
- Build relationships at several levels in each account
- Present performance reviews to clients
What you need
- Proven background as a customer success manager, or strong transferable sales skills
- Customer success, Renewals and expansion, CRM experience
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Organised, with good IT skills
- Right to work in the UK
